We are pleased to announce that the *ENGLAND* conference server is up and available for

connections, after a long spell out whilst we re-wrote the control systems the service has now been restored to

a high speed host after successful testing.

The number of connections has been set at 100, this indicates the speed and availability and does not actually map to the number of real connections the server can handle and deliver great service.

 The conference server is designed to balance the amount of traffic being used within the system and should not be used as an allways connected server, it makes much more sense to connect on demand and then disconnect this keeps the connection poll at realistic levels.

Think of the conference server as a frequency on normal radio, some can listen but only one can transmit, we do support lurkers (listen only stations), there are also no language restrictions on the conference. The only conditions we attach to the system and its usage are that the system should be used in accordance with your licence conditions by connecting to the conference server you accept this condition and agree that you are responsible for your of messages be these speech or text message based.
